I’ve ordered from DoorDash multiple times and decided to visit in person because I was genuinely excited. As a Mexican native, I’m used to the warm hospitality that comes with visiting a paletería, and this is the first one I’ve found in the Kissimmee/Orlando area that reminded me of home since moving from Texas. Unfortunately, my in-person experience was disappointing. My husband and I went in with our family to place a takeout order, and my item was prepared incorrectly. I'm soooo excited to have found this place, we moved from Orlando to Kissimmee so we had to find a new spot for when we get the sweet tooth. The customer services was 10/10 and the variety in the menu is the best, the flavors, the atmosphere. My family and I loved it!
