Kitty Noodle House

One of the best rice noodles in the Bay Area! Their noodle dishes are Yunnan-inspired (the boss is from Kunming) and all beef based with high quality ingredients made with care. Top notch broth, fun flavors. Toppings are all delicious. Perfectly cooked noodles. Staff are friendly and attentive. This is a place we will frequent!

We ordered the sour soup rice noodles, the pickled chili rice noodles, and a portion of saliva chicken. The sour soup tasted pretty authentic. They said the chicken was free-range, but honestly I couldn’t really tell — the meat felt kind of loose. Both the noodles and the dishes were a bit on the salty side. The guy working there was really friendly though. The place is pretty small, and there was already a wait when we were leaving.

Absolutely delicious! Perfect balance! Staff is wonderful. Chef Owen is so proud of the details required to make these flavor/texture bombs. We will be regulars.

Ordered the signature noodle soup and sour noodle soup. The broth is very plain and has little flavor. Very hard to believe it is beef bone broth. The beef is not impressive either. The sour soup has no natural or fruity taste you would expect from an authentic broth. The room is very packed and service is close to none. Considering the promotions they put out on social media this is such a disappointment
