Kiwami Ramen

It was great! Our waiter was very nice, the food was delicious, and we had arrived a few minutes after they opened so it wasn't busy at all. Definitely want to come back when in town again. All this was about $122 (not including our tip) so you definitely have to bring some money with you.

Service was 10 out of 10, for appetizer I went with the ahi style salmon which had a good taste. The texture was good as well, but I felt like it needed more zest to it taste wise. I had the pork noodle Ramen, which the base was made with a marsala which was a bit on the salty side, but I did not mind it at all since I do eat a lot of my food salty. They do charge $1.50 for a small Ramik of chili oil which I thought was crazy because any other restaurant, whether it be Vietnamese etc.. They literally have the chili oil as part of the salt and pepper assortment on the table. They do not charge for the Sriracha, which was surprising since they did charge for a small ramekin of chili oil. Atmosphere and service deserve 5 stars. The place is impecable, the service is FAST and very proactive. The food was “okay”, not bad but lacking compared to other options; just very simple. The Miso broth was over salted and still missing umami. The noodles were undercooked. The spicy cucumber is just sliced cucumber with tajin on top. The edamame was great! The carpaccio was missing that extra that would make it great. All things aside, I think I’d like to visit again for a second impression.

I’ve traveled to Japan a couple of times, and this is the closest any restaurant here has ever come to capturing that authentic experience. The flavors, the presentation, and even the atmosphere felt remarkably genuine. We tried it for the first time yesterday, and every dish brought back memories of meals I’ve enjoyed overseas. I can confidently say we’ll be coming here much more often. Highly recommended for anyone craving truly authentic Japanese cuisine.

I came in craving something hearty and ordered the Kiwami Aka, and it completely hit the spot. The broth was rich, bold, and perfectly seasoned with just the right level of spice to give it that signature kick without being overpowering. The chashu pork was tender and melted in your mouth, the marinated egg was creamy and flavorful, and the fresh veggies added a nice balance. The atmosphere inside Kiwami Ramen is cozy and inviting, with a clean, modern vibe that makes it perfect for a casual meal or a quick lunch spot. Service was excellent--friendly staff who made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive.
