Microwaved food, soggy General taos was nothing more than safeway frozen section orange chicken teriyaki was tough over cooked and microwaved trash

The food itself was okay, but the service was terrible and left a really bad impression. When I placed my order, I said “please” and “thank you,” but the server never said a single word to me and just stared blankly. No greeting, no “enjoy your meal,” no check-in after a few minutes. Instead, he spent the time scrolling on his phone while ignoring me, even though the place was nearly empty. While I was on the phone with my family about an emergency, I was told to “be quiet” because I was “disturbing customers.” There were only two other people in the restaurant at the time (waiting for takeout), and they didn’t even seem to notice me. It isn't fresh. And the sushi made me sad. *** This review was for the Shelton, WA Kobe.. I don't get why it has changed to a Shorecrest location? *** Husband liked his okay, and the soup had what tasted like canned vegetables.

Place is awful. Food is terrible and their service is somehow even worse, guy at the register is very rude. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money on badly made food and bad service

Had the Tempura Udon, the noodles were all broken, not a noodle longer than 2 inches. The dashi broth tasted more like chicken stock and rather flavorless. Two tiny shrimp. I cannot recommend this place.
