Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi

I'm not a huge sushi fan but this place was amazing! It's very clean inside and the staff is all very nice! The food was above and beyond! Can't wait to go again soon!

In the days before my joints hurt, and my hair began to turn gray, I lived in Kobe for about six years. Kobe, in those days before the great quake was a marvelous little town. It sat there, between the sea, and the mountains nestled like a birds nest in high grass. I spent hundreds of hours high up in the hills perched in a hammock along a string of wonderful waterfalls. The community there in those days was very tightknit and the city was a delight. Coming into a restaurant by that name and fueled by a sweet nostalgia, my expectations were high. Kobe had a vibrant food scene founded I’m sure in the strong international community that flourished there. Friendly and attentive staff. Was greeted and sat right away. Atmosphere was fresh and bright while still cozy. It was smaller than expected inside but very nice. I wish I had been inside the Skippers that was here before so I had a better reference. We ordered a couple rolls (Kobe and spicy girl) and the kobe yakisoba. It was all excellent. Extremely well seasoned. The chicken beef and shrimp in the yakisoba were so tasty and the overall dish was so good with a variety of veggies and noodles. Both rolls were great. The Kobe was so fresh and the sauce was delicious. The spicy girl roll was very good as well and had some good heat to it. We live nearby and are so happy to have such a yummy restaurant option within walking distance. Can't wait to go back and try more items. Thank you!

I ordered the veggie yakisoba and let me tell you every vegetable is marinated and cooked perfectly! They give an amazing array of vegetables as well. Service is amazing, I walked in and got taken to a table right away, fast service and friendly the whole visit. Food is well priced as well! Thank you for the experience I will be back!

The restaurant is very clean but pretty sterile as far as having a vibe or personality. It's located in an old Skippers, so that's to be expected. I only point that out in case you're looking for a place to set the mood, like a special date or something. Again, very clean and tidy. I liked it for my purposes, which was to get a good meal. What they lack in ambiance, they make up for with excellent food and fast, friendly service. The food is top quality. Our server was attentive and there was another staff who kept our water glasses full throughout the meal. The menu offers a wide variety of options. This being my first time here, I went with something I knew, but I plan on coming back many more times to be more adventurous. I really enjoyed getting a terrific meal in a super casual settin
