Kobe Teriyaki

My family and I come to the mall quite abit for their food. It is so good. I've never had a problem with this place until recently....The guys that work there are so nice and amazing. But they just hired a girl as a cashier an she's so rude. We were ordering our food an she was writing on the boxes and she started writing on my box before I even told her what I wanted. So I gave her my order and told her no veggies, and she got upset an made a face an grabbed the box and scribbled out the veggies. She has done this twice. I was surprised at this because weve never been treated badly by the guys working there. Not my fault she assumed my order before I even said anything. I'm giving 4 stars because of the girl being rude not once but twice. otherwise it would be 5 stars on everything becaus

It was a nice mall, but the chicken was a little hard to chew from this restaurant. But I may say it was worth it for the large quantity. I'd say if you're in the mood for Japanese food, I would go here, but other than that, there are plenty of other options, too, like the yummy pretzel sticks they have around the food court. The one thing I do like about this place is they cook the food in front of you! So you know the foods legit.

Every-time I go to the mall this spot is MANDATORY to stop at! Love the food and cooks here! Everyone is amazing! Always fresh and definitely get my moneys worth of food!

Decent food. I got the beef, chicken, and shrimp teriyaki. It was a bit too soy sauce-y and not enough teriyaki-y. Price was fine and I maaay try this place again later. You get plenty of food for what you pay and they gave us a little keychain, so that was fun.

1. Whatever brand of rice they're using is horrid and nothing near the Japanese rice I've enjoyed my whole life. 2. I was supposed to have FRIED rice; This was just steamed rice soaked in their version of Teriyaki, no veggies in it. The veggies came from ordering the Mushroom Delight. The young lady who took our order was nice.
