Customer Reviews
Wanted to try something new in the hood and came across this gem. It is top notch. The service was amazing. Tom, the bartender had only coffee for a hot drink, but he brought me hot water to warm my hands. So appreciated! Met Chef John, who has been creating in Ballard for a while now. Real nice guy and spot on for the food. Items are procured and crafted with care from the local apple cider guy to the Lake City Bakery that makes the pretzel. I am sure there are more... the salad is simply dressed and clean and has herbs 😊 the kababurrritos were each different and delicious. I had the Turkish that I could have used a little more sauce on so I just used my left over mustard. I dont drink but nice beer selection without 100 IPAs thank gawd. Definitely recommend going in! Cool layout too.
Lovely space with lovely people! It’s the chill neighborhood bar with reasonable prices we sorely needed around here. Everything I’ve had from the kitchen has been excellent- I particularly love their salad, sausages and kababurritoa, which is their take on a Döner Kabab/ gyro/ falafel wrap. They just recently expanded their choices and I am excited to try them all! They have a great selection of beers, of course, but also a great cocktail and spirit menu and plenty of NA choices if that’s your thing. They usually have a drink special going, and often add ones for special occasions (ex white Tea Shots for Seahawks touchdowns during the Super Bowl) The bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. I’ve never experienced anything less than stellar service from any of
new place in Ballard - needed!! Great vibes, cool bar and good beer, can’t beat that! Can’t wait to come back and try the food!
Great new place! Great beer, great space, Seahawks winning on the TV, quick food, what more could you ask for?
Super cosy! And the prices are a refreshing breath of reality in Seattle where everything costs an arm and leg! The one thing they could improve on is their cocktail program. Everything is a bit sweet and they can’t do classics like a Negroni or an old fashioned. That said! 5 dollar beer? Yes please! Salad? Sausages? Heck ya! Staff? SO NICE! Heat lamps?! Yes! Warm wood lighting. Yesssssss Edit: 3rd time back and still no citrus. Why have an aperol spritz on the menu if you won’t add an orange garnish. :(
