Koji Sushi

Excellent sushi restaurant. 10/10. From the owner, to the chefs and servers, everything was of the highest caliber. The restaurant was very clean with a chill and dim atmosphere. The sashimi was fresh, and well priced for its quality. The miso soup was rich, and their japanese/korean salad dressing was delicious. I recommend all sushi enthusiasts to come here and try it out!

Atmosphere. 5 out of 5 walked in was very impressed with atmosphere Service. 5 out of 5 great service was very impressed pur waiter gave us 2 complimentary rolls to try only 3 pieces of each but I was very happy Food. 5 out of 5 I love escolar had escolar sashimi my wife had a escolar salmon and creme cheese avocado roll with a salmon lover roll and I had the 10 piece sashimi combo with the california roll . also were served complimentary salads . the kiddo had the cats don kids meal which was great I highly recomend this place if your missing that sushi touch in denton .. this and I heart

This was recommended to me by a waiter at another restaurant. It was excellent and if I'm ever in this part of Texas again I will stop here again. The lunch special os the way to go. I got 5 piece Philly and 5 piece Spider roll plus small ginger salad for 12 plus tax. The individual pieces were huge and very fresh tasting. The list of choices would take a solid 15 minutes to read through. Stop by here if you're in the mood for some great food.

had an incredible dinner here last night! The fish was exceptionally fresh and spicy Tuna rolls were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is sleek and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a nice night out. A huge shoutout to our server, Anna, who truly made the evening special. She was attentive, friendly, and gave us the perfect recommendations when we couldn't decide what to order. Her timing was spot on, and she made us feel right at home. If you're looking for top-tier sushi and world-class service, ask for Anna! I’ll definitely be back soon.

We finally stopped here for the first time and ordered the tuna tower and a sashimi bento box. We were really impressed. Food, service, and atmosphere all excellent.
