Krispy Kreme

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed an online order for two dozen donuts (one original and one assorted). When I arrived, I was told they were out of every assorted donut. When I asked if they could refund the difference and make both dozen original, I was met with a poor attitude. I then asked the representative for a full refund so I could be on my way. She told me that her boss would process the refund when she was available, as she was too busy at the moment, and that I should leave. When I asked for a receipt for the cancellation, her attitude worsened. She then had her supervisor come over to tell me the same thing. It seems that if a supervisor has time to come out and explain how busy they are, they also have time to cancel an order an

Went through drive thru. Food was not fresh even though we were there early in the morning. Ordered holiday special mix, got regular glazed in regular box. Window attendant didn't fill, didn't check acted upset. Corrected order into holiday box. Prepared peppermint coffee that tasted like chocolate. Two trips in one - first and last.

Ordered for pickup and nothing was ready after 25 minute drive there. Nobody in store but took 5 minutes to be helped because the workers were carrying on a conversation. Both drinks made incorrectly with improper (smaller sizes). Wrong donuts given. Workers didn’t seem to know they were on the job or that they worked at a Krispy Kreme. Go elsewhere. Smushed donut as well? Odd.

I did a mobile pickup order at the Charlottesville VA location and the donuts were great. I ordered a frozen Carmel latte which was almost $5 and when I arrived the guy at the window told me he could not make the drink or replace it with any other drink. He also could not refund. He told me if I wanted a refund, to contact my bank? I proceeded to call Krispy Kreme corporate to request a refund.

Drove 45 min to get here on Valentine's day with 4 kids to bring them to their first Krispy Kreme experience, and the lobby was closed. No where online was it indicated they didn't have the lobby open. Will not be returning to this location
