Krispy Kreme

Got there when the “Red Hot Light” was on. Got a dozen of fresh hot melt in your mouth glazed. And then had to get a dozen of specialty doughnuts, bc there are so many different flavors. It’s hard to choose just one special flavor. The young lady was sweet, patient and friendly. And of course we sat and ate a few of our fresh hot ones before we left. Store was extra clean. Even grabbed a Krispy Kreme hat on the way out.

As always, excellent service. The only reason why they didn't get five stars on the food is because I was buying leftover, older donuts. Not as fresh, but I knew what I was getting. They were still good.

To start when me and my sister entered, we asked the guy working if they had a specific donut and he said no, we then asked if there were any original glazed sine we didn’t see any on the rack and he was confused and said original glazed with confusion, which then we said the ones you’re known for and then he said oh yes, and then some other girl came and helped us, we believe her name is Dedriyon helping us at 8:09pm on 2/15, was very rude from the start. She asked how many donuts we planned on getting & my sister I thought was getting a lot of donuts, but didn't, so I asked to combine the order. The girl rolled her eyes & said so how many donuts & I said around 6-7. I placed my order & when she went to ring me up she had 2 boxes. I told her I wanted to combine my order, she then roll

I was hosting breakfast at my house with out of town family. I asked for fresh donuts at the window a few times. The lady who gave the donuts said, they were fresh. So, when I got home, I opened the box of donuts, and they were hard and NOT fresh at all. I purchased donuts that were stale. I called to complain about it, they said, the donuts were made over 13 hours ago , the previous day. I told her, I specifically asked for fresh donuts at the window. The supervisor said, those were the freshest donuts they had. I’m like, HOW CAN THEY BE FRESH IF YOU MADE THEM OVER 13 HOURS AGO? She said, come back with the donuts and we’ll issue a refund. She was very rude about it. I called corporate before going back there. When I went back there the next day with the donuts, that exact same supervisor

I purchased a dozen donuts on our way home. 8 speciality donuts (.40 upcharge) and 4 iced donuts because the "Hot n Now" light was on.Total purchase was $27.03. When we got home (40 minute drive), I grabbed a filled donut and when I bit into it, it was hard and stale. I called the the restaurant and spoke with Bri, shift Mgr, about the donuts. She said I would have to bring them back to get them replaced. The next day I drove back with the 8 of the donuts. Spoke with the Manager, Chelsea, and she said she could only replace the ones I brought back. I was ok with that. The Mgr acted like it was an inconvenience to have to replace the doughnuts. A little compassion and maybe an apology for the inconvenience, would have gone a long way. That didn't happen. Both visits were very disappointing.
