The Oreo on top of the donut was a bit stale, and the donut had a chemical cleaning product smell that we noticed as soon as we entered the store and until we left. The floor was also sticky, as if the solution hadn't been properly diluted. It's a shame that the donut wasn't good because the staff was really nice.

Terrible, rude staff, unprofessional, told us "report all you want, ain't nobody going to do nothing" then continued to eat right out in the dining room, no one washed their hands, not even after smoking outside in the back of the store. Nasty people, I'll never buy again. Made them refund my money and spoke with corporate office. Disgusting behavior, multiple crew members very ignorant.

Our experience generally isn't the best when we visit this location. The themed donuts aren't usually available and when they are, they're old and they do not mirror what's advertised. Today we went to pick up a dozen of the peanuts assorted and they were barely filled. The snoopy donuts in particular were super stale. If you want to see a great example of Krispy Kreme, try the one in Albany, GA.

I placed an online order for cinnamon rolls and drove to the store to pick it up. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told they did not have cinnamon rolls available. Being out of items happens — that alone is not the issue. The issue was how everything was handled after that. I was told I would be refunded, then told that the refund had already been processed. That turned out to be false. When the manager came to the window, she admitted that the refund had not been done yet and said she was about to process it. Despite the refund not being completed and no proof being provided, I was repeatedly asked to pull up and leave the drive-thru. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for the mistake, staff seemed far more concerned with the cars behind me than making sure my money
