Krispy Kreme

Wow, So I had to get a 2 Dozen Donuts for a Christmas Party at my school and Service was very nice and Gave us a Discount!? The Next Day The Donuts were great and had a great time Thanks Krispy Kreme!

What is going on? The service is poor, the donuts are stale, but what makes no sense at all is how tiny they are? Surely Krispy Kreme corporate has standards for how all the donuts from all of their stores have to be the same size, at a minimum? I don’t have abnormally large hands, just for context. I estimate these are maybe 60-70% the size and weight of the original glazed at all the other locations I’ve ever tried.

I visited the Krispy Kreme location in Decatur a few days ago. The hot glazed donuts were so good! Also I received excellent service from an employee there. The young lady had Jordin on her name tag. Very courteous and polite, I love seeing young people with a positive attitude. Thank you for great service because it's hard to find these days!

The employee charged me for another customer's order, but couldn't refund the money because the manager didn't know how to do a refund. She did offer to "give" me a drink or a donut to make up the difference and I declined because I didn't need anything else. She accused me of being unreasonable and said I needed to accept something because it's not her fault she made a mistake. I told her the only option would be to reach out to the company to get my money back. She said "fine" and shoved the box out the window. When we opened the box of donuts, they were disheveled and messy. One appears to have a fingernail mark in it. Very disappointing and ridiculous

Took my twins for first visit to an actual donut making facility as my dad took me years ago. Nice somethings never change in a world of constant change. 3 generation tradition. Facility was clean, staff was supportive and other customers understanding of 4 year olds picking their first fresh donuts.
