Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme is always amazing! Tastes amazing! Had the original and the cinnamon roll which was GREAT! Came in and was busy with a huge order. The two behind the counter looked a little overwhelmed and you could definitely tell. Smile, smile, smile. If I have learned one thing in customer service it is smile! Even when you are overwhelmed. Good overall though and will be back because I can’t get enough of the donuts!

Was craving some yummy donuts and is there never a wrong time to get some Krispy Kreme? I love me some Krispy Kreme as Joshua say drip check steam check. This is a donut check. Also had a great hot chocolate. Great place to start your day with some hot and now donuts and super yummy coffee.

Went to this Krispy Kreme for the first time for my birthday. The young lady that took my order was very Nice and Attentive. My donuts was nice and warm just the way I like it. Let's just say the 12 I brought didn't make it to the next day. And the other young lady that assisted with putting my order together did a good job as well.

For those wanting the true “red light” fresh glazed doughnut experience, you CANNOT GET THEM HERE. They receive their doughnuts from a central location and for the glazed, they are put through a flash warmer, and then glazed. Are they “hot”? No but warm. Are they fresh? No they are somewhat chewy, vs melt in your mouth fresh. Many will say they are fine, but not this KK purist.

I usually don’t have the best experience at the Krispy Kreme in Deerfield, but today completely changed my mind thanks to Rachelle, the manager. She mentioned she normally works at the Fort Lauderdale location, and I could immediately tell the difference in customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. Rachelle offered us another dozen donuts for only $2 and even gave the kids extra Harry Potter donuts, which absolutely made their day. I told her this was the best customer service we’d received all day. I’m so glad we decided to give this location another chance, especially after stopping by Dunkin earlier where the donuts looked dried out.
