Krispy Kreme

I had a gift card for my kids, and got a nice assortment of delicious donuts. We got a box of 12, and the lady in drive-thru was pleasant, and helpful. The cheesecake one was amazing. So many to choose it was a hard decision, but we did it. We also got a few drinks such as apple juice, chocolate milk, and hot cocoa. Vet happy with our experience, and plan to come again.

This location is great. The Treats are delicious, the coffee is good, the store is clean and staff is friendly and quick. Gotta Love Kirspy Kreme.

I live an hour away. We were in Erie for my daughter's birthday so decided we would treat ourselves. Ordered through the app. Showed up at our order time and it wasnt ready. No biggie I understand weekend business is crazy. Got to the window to find out half of what we ordered wasnt even available. They asked if we could come inside after we decided what we wanted in place of what they didnt have available. To which then I had to wait in the long line once again while we had 2 eager children who had already had to wait in the drive thru. To say that im beyond disappointed is an understatement. Definitely a lack of management in this establishment to have half of my order unavailable.

Terrible service! 2 hours before closing and they had only two doughnuts available. Watched 5 people walk out angry. If only there was something that could be done to solve doughnuts being out stock...like...maybe make more?! So for the next 2 hrs this place is going to pay employees to do what? Sit there and tell everyone coming in, that's they're out? What a waste and an inefficient place!
