Krispy Kreme

The man who helped me and my dad today was so nice! It was the first time we’d gone to Krispy Kreme together in a few years and we were excited to drive by and see the hot light was on. Thankfully they had a couple donuts left for us to take and they were delicious! I didn’t catch his name but he was a taller white man with blondish hair. Thank you so much! It made our day.

Got 2 original glazed and 1 pumpkin. The pumpkin donut was okay hut the original were warm and so soft. Definitely recommend

The Iced Caramel Mocha Specialty Latte was made incorrectly missing the whipped cream. UPDATE 9/7/25 Build Your Own 3 Count Doughnuts were filled nicely and very fresh!! The drink sizes are a size smaller than most places with a medium being only 16 ounces.

Hot and fresh sign was on, both online and in the store. I ordered online, watched them package the order in the drive through, only to give me cold doughnuts. I asked for new doughnuts saying the ones I received were cold and that we were wanting hot and fresh ones. Cashier took my doughnuts and spoke to what I assume was a manager who didn't hide his negative body language well. Cashier came back and handed me the doughnuts saying they don't serve hot and fresh doughnuts to online orders. Don't understand that if it's a large selling point of Krispy Kreme. I love their doughnuts but am disappointed in the service provided. Also took 15 minutes to get our coffee and was waived at from the window to pull forward when there was no where else to go.

First and last visit. I don't see myself going back to this location, ever. Bought a dozen glazed and a dozen mixed. Both were the oldest, stalest and dullest so-called "FRESH" donuts I have ever had. It is very sad when your just bought donuts look like they were bought a few days ago.
