Krispy Kreme

My wife and I swung by the Harrisonburg Krispy Kreme while on a road trip, and we’re glad we did. The place is very clean, bright, and inviting. The two staff members working (a young guy and a young lady) were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Our dozen donuts came out fresh and tasted amazing. The display, counters, and floors were all well taken care of — you can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store tidy. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet, this location is definitely worth the stop. Great service, great vibe, great donuts.

No doughnuts at all NONE were hot or ready not even glazed doughnuts, the only ones they had were Santa doughnuts just terrible and they were horrible. The entire crew was in the back holding a conversation about life and they were very loud and you could hear the conversation. I hope corporate reads the review because this sucks. The manager was actually one of the ones in the back casually having a conversation 🤦🏽‍♀️

Special shout-out to the wonderful early morning crew! I was greeted friendly by the cashier and all the others who walked by spoke. Larger order was accepted and quickly assembled, given to me with a smile. Donuts were fresh. Missed the hot donuts this time, but I'll be back. This location is clean and bright. Staff helpful. No napkins today was the only negative

We were traveling through Virginia and wanted to try out Krispy Kreme donuts. Walked into the restaurant to get donuts and there were 3-4 donuts to choose from, it was 8:30 am in the morning. We left and went to Panera Bread. Disappointing visit.
