Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme has the hot n ready sign on along with the daylight savings time special to buy a dozen get a dozen free. I was super excited…. But no. The computers were down. That simple. No food because… math. The deal was for today only. There was a store full of donuts sitting and I know they toss them at the end of shift. Thats sad. They could have just gave them out. I even asked for a coupon or whatever they could do to honor the situation… but no.

Horrible customer service. On their website states that they close at 10 PM. We come there 10 minutes before closed and there’s people inside ignoring us on the intercom, drive up to the window and there’s people walking back-and-forth looking at us but ignoring us mind you still before 10 PM. Finally, we had to honk to get their attention. A lady finally comes to the window and tells us they’re closed, again before 10 PM on a Monday night when they clearly still had donuts on the shelves. Highly do not recommend these people are not good.

This place was a huge mess. There were 5 people in the lobby wearing Krispy Kreme swag. They seemed to into something while the store was falling apart. The donuts were burning in the oil and the staff just didn’t care. The mess on the production line didn’t stop there. The lobby tables were plied with employee’s food trash from other restaurants. There was a ladder randomly in front of the napkins, and the brooms was just around. This place needs to be cleaned and leadership that wants it to be efficient. It was nasty and unless something changes we will not be back. How can the leadership see this and think it is ok. The health department can’t be ok with this.

First time here , as soon as we arrived , they handed us , the most heavenly , warm , soft , sweet , glazed donut ! The elderly man , I was with , who is 93 , said that was his , first free donut he has ever had in his life ! Absolutely made his day ! Thank you The assortment was great , the store was clean . These donuts , surpassed , Dunkin by a long shot ! I definitely will definitely be back !

We stopped here in January of 2023, and we were met with the most friendly staff! My friend that was with me had never had Krispy Kreme and when the staff heard that, they got him a fresh, warm, donut, and gave it to him to try! It was so kind of them! Of course, he was instantly hooked, and we ended up buying two boxes instead of just one. The staff and service were outstanding! 10 out of 10! And of course the donuts were perfection!
