Krispy Kreme

Poor employee, must be the only one working. Not a happy camper. Not rude but just going through the motions. Hope the management team will get this place back to where it use to be. Only one left in Macon, I think. Going down hill. Donuts looks good though. Hot signs on but not hot like it use to be. Drive through only i think.

I really hate that the Krspy Kreme on Gray Highway had to be the one to leave. At that location, there was a friendly staff, interior access and satisfactory products. Unfortunately, Macon now only has this one Krispy Kreme and subpar is an understatement. This location, for whatever reason, is drive thru only. Which is an inconvenience I could overlook except the staff there are so out of synch with one another. A gentleman takes your order but at the window, the young lady has to reconfirm the order. But even then, they get the assortment wrong and are unable to correct because they're out of a certain option. I live out of town but when I come down to visit family, I used to grab 1 dozen original and 1 dozen assorted to share with family. But the last time is truly the last time. It's

The staff at this location is horrible. And it’s the same boy Everytime. You pull up to the window he says . “Go ahead with your order” he threw the box of donuts I ordered up to the cashier he came out to look at me with the most nastiest sassy look. Everything is horrible about this location. I live 3 minutes away but I will literally drive to Warner Robins before I spend my money at this dump. This place has gone so far downhill I don’t know who’s running it but they need new management and staff.

Drive thru only and the drive thru is set up terribly, the whole property looks run down and falling apart. If you aren't first in line, be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes, before you can even ask if they have what you want. They only take exact cash, and will not give any change. So bring a card or exact cash. The doughtnuts were good though, so they got that going for them.

Purchased some Grinch donuts on Christmas Eve (photo on left) and they forgot to add the star on the tree donut and the grinch on the other donut.not going to start about the grinch face. Two weeks ago the donuts came out great photo on the right. What happened this week? Very disappointing.
