Krispy Kreme

Got the Harry Potter dozen for my kid to take to a party and a couple of Sorting Hat donuts. The sorting hat donuts were $4.50 each and the creme tells you the house yoire sorted into, so fun for a past time but nothing special with the donut otherwise (flavor/filling).

Came by for National Donut Day and grabbed a free donut through the drive-thru. The staff was super friendly, and I went with the lemon-filled — soft, fresh, and delicious as always! Krispy Kreme never disappoints.

Came through the drive through and the employee William took our order and served us at the window. he was consistently rude when we were ordering and rushing us until somebody took over the order. Also got irritated with us when he couldn’t hear through the intercom. When we got to the window we checked our box and realized we got some wrong donuts and asked them to please replace them real quick when he repeatedly and rudely told us no i gave you what you ordered when it wasn’t. It was a simple miscommunication that didn’t warrant the way we were spoken to. He aggressively asked us to just hand him the box. This is not an experience I've ever dealt with in customer service and we won’t be returning to this location.

Donuts here are not made on site. They are made at a central location and then shipped here. Was here at 10:00 on the morning of the 4th of July, and they had absolutely no red white and blue decorated donuts. The bigger issue is they were almost all sold out of the other donuts as well and no way to make more or ask to have more brought in. If you want KK donuts, figure out which location it is that they are being made. K K is about fresh donuts - not at this location. They tasted like they were made the night before. Crispy but stale.

I use the top good to go app and got a dozen for my coworkers and they were great. The manager is always there and is always so happy and joyful. What a great guy. Donuts were good. Will be back :)
