Got here at 8:25 pm to pick up a Too Good to Go order for an assorted box of their leftover donuts for the day and even though the pick up time for it was 8:30 pm they were dead closed. On here they are also listed as open til 10:00 pm but there isn't a single other car in this parking lot other than those pulling in parking for a minute and leaving. I can only assume they had the same issue as me.

0–20 i recently bought doughnuts from here and the one on northampton blvd, The ones from this location were not to standard and a couple were crunchy, i order 12 choc iced with sprinkles and they have gotten really cheap over time with the sprinkles. if they arent going to be right just dont sell them. i have sent in a review to corporate and failed to hear anything back. $20 for a dozen doughnuts they should have been glazed and iced and sprinkled to perfection.

0⭐️ I do catering for work monthly. I ordered about… 60-75 BOXES OF A DOZEN DONUTS for a big Christmas work event. 60-75 dozen. Yes that is a big order. But also, yes they have done this order for us more than one time before. So the day of the event, I am BUSY. I got the text saying our order is confirmed. I show up an hour and a half before we’re supposed to hand out these donuts at the event, and the lobby is closed. I assume maybe they closed to finish our large order. So I drive thru the drive thru and tell them I’m there to pickup a catering order. And they have me park the car again (I did initially and they told me to take the drive thru), then a guy came out and said our order was cancelled, someone was supposed to contact me. So I check the phone and they sent me an email at 3pm

Wait in line for 30 minutes only to receive donuts that looked like someone stuck their fingers into the cream centers. Brick hard and a total disappointment. Dining room is closed and drive-thru employee seemed bothered to have customers.

Crispy cream just be hiring anyone. I did a pick up order and never received it, even though I paid for it through the app. It was still open; the employees were in there working and saw me and completely ignored me. Do better with your customer service. The app didn’t say anything about the drive thru closing at 9pm, even though the sign says it closes at 10pm. When I pulled to the drive through, there were 2 orange cones on the speaker and the window. Other customers also pulled up to the parking lot and had online orders, but didn’t receive them as well. If drive thru closes at 9pm, make a sign for the door and update it on the app so customers don’t waste their time and their money. I can’t believe i payed for something i didn’t receive.
