Krispy Kreme

My experience here was so-so. We were staying in a hotel nearby and I was excited to see that they had the hot sign on at several points throughout the day. The first time I visited (around 10pm) they said that their coffee machine was off for cleaning…The next I stopped by, I grabbed two glazed donuts and their specialty “caramel vanilla” iced latte. I ordered it with oat milk and it was just okay. It tasted watered down and all of the caramel was sitting at the bottom of the drink. Slightly disappointing experience, but the donuts were good of course.

If you are thinking of you should come here or the Deerfield store. COME HERE! Aurora is a nice lady that will get you the best Krispy Kremes and get you on your way. This location is "out of my way" and I still choose to drive here rather than deal with the other location that couldn't be less helpful. Highly recommend

Went after dinner recently. I am not a huge fan of sweets but... My brother-in-law was visiting from out of state and insisted on the fresh hot donuts. Had no one been watching, I would have eaten the whole box! SOOO Good. The interior was clean. The server was friendly. Just disappointed we went so late, and the variety of the other donuts was slim pickings. So many flavors I would still like to try.

When we first got to the drive thru we were maybe the fourth car in line. Immediately we noticed hundreds of what we thought initially were wasps flying around. When we drove up to place our order we could only roll down our car window just a little bit, because the wasps were trying to come into our car. Note - The employee could barely hear our order, because we were fearful of get stung. When we finally drove up to the window to get our donuts, we complained to the employee about the wasps. The employee (Omari) was very dismissive and simply stated that they weren't wasps, they were just bees. He didn't seem concerned at all for the well being of loyal customers who were exposed to literally hundreds of bees. Due to their failure to address this issue. Please send someone from corp to a
