Krispy Kreme

I visit this Krispy Kreme occasionally when I have a gift and usually receive okay service however today was a different story. I pulled up to the window and ordered an assorted box and when asking for specific doughnuts was told they did not have them. This is the usual at most Krispy Kremes however, the gentleman working the drive-thru had a severe attitude. When asked about a certain type of doughnut he said they did not have that doughnut, which is perfectly fine. But when asked if there was a doughnut similar to that he proceeded to yell that " we do not have that doughnut" this left me completely shocked as I have NEVER received such unpleasant customer service from any Krispy Kreme or restraunt. I usually only go to Krispy Kreme when I have a gift card and I can say with confidence

This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to. Every visit comes with poor customer service, unnecessary attitude, and even dirty donut boxes. They consistently make the experience difficult instead of enjoyable. Today was the final straw—I’d rather drive downtown for better service, and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.

Not the same as down town location. Selection was limited and they were out of lemon filled donuts. But the staff was friendly and the donuts were better than going to the grocery store. So if you cant make it to Peace street these will do in a pinch.

The donuts are amazing, the service is fast. They are fully stocked in the early morning with all limited editions.

Every single time we go here, they never have the doughnuts we order from their menu. Today we went at 4:05pm and the guy taking orders through the drive through needs customer service training. I ordered the trick or treat dozen and he sounded annoyed as he said they were out of stock. He was impatient as I tried to figure out what I wanted instead, so we just ordered a single chocolate doughnut and left. We've been before and ordered the apple pie doughnuts and they were out. I have yet to ever get a doughnut I want at this location. They need better inventory management or better menu management 👎🏼
