Kroger Bakery

I love Kroger cakes but this is the most pathetic! How sad is this!? It looks like a 3rd grader wrote on it! None the less... It was left on their counter!

I ordered a cake for the first time Saturday for my daughter birthday and it was supposed to be a pennywise cake the lady told me that she had this image and I get there Monday at 9 to pick the cake up and she tells us it isn't ready until 10 okay that's fine I go back home and as I'm leaving to pick the cake up she calls at 9:55 and tells me that she doesn't have that image ..I tell her to just put balloons on the cake and my daughter's name..My husband picks it up and not only was the words wrong the writing was as well and the cake was horrible this is how I picked the cake up never again will I get cupcakes from Krogers bakery and to top that she had the worst attitude ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Thank you so much for ruining my daughter's cupcakes for her birthday and yes this is how I pic

I love Kroger so much but it is freezing

Terrible pick up service very unorganized and very unfriendly staff service we will go back unless going to pick up alcohol smdh
