Kroger Bakery

I ordered a cake for a birthday. I wanted a basketball court. That they do show online left my email and phone number. She “Mary” proceeded to say she talked to someone then said she left a voicemail. The cake literally looked like a ten year old did it. The name you could barely read and went to the side of the cake like it melted off. They were rude and never called me. I gave them the cake bake and walked out. I will never order a cake from here again they should just stop selling them as for Customer service. They don’t have that. I usually use my cake lady who is absolutely amazing at creating cakes I just forgot to ha e a order from her and she books. Cause her cakes are to die for. Just fair warning if you do order a cake pick up 24 hours before so you can have time to find your rep

00000000 ZERO STAR The worst bakery ever the bakery cake decorticating lady is soo rude lazy and careless U ordered Dinasour cake on Tuesday I placed the order online for Saturday at 10:30Am She called me on Thursday and left a voicemail i m leaving the bakery now and we don’t have a dinasour theme if u want to change it call tomorrow I called tomorrow ( Friday) and asked for other themes she said we only have jurassic world and she left the phone I called back and told her ok i will do the jurassic world for the kid he loves all dinasours she was like I can’t do it there’s no time Really!! I placed an order 5 days before the birthday and its your fault u lazy don’t check the orders and see what themes u have I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BAKERY TO ANYONE THEY WONT DO YOUR CAKE AND U WILL KNOW T
