Kroger Bakery

Ordered a cake here a week in advance had the lady who took our order take a picture of a cake that was already in their case that we wanted made for a party when we came to pick up the cake it looks nothing like what it was supposed to look like took forever to get it fixed after the first lady messed it up more, and then when we cut into it at the party it was chocolate instead of the vanilla cake we ordered, cake was moist and did taste good to family members who could eat chocolate but we ordered a vanilla because some family members were allergic to chocolate. First manager we spoke to tried to Gaslight me and tell me that it looked fine and I was overreacting second manager I spoke to was nice and did end up giving the cake for free still this was my first and probably last time ever

The team at the bakery are just wonderful, very helpful, very professional! They listen and create the product you want. Mark, Cody and Miranda, they rock! Thank you guys so much!
