Kroger

This store rarely has the items that I shop. They only stock for a certain demographic of people not everybody eats unhealthy. I have to leave my area to go to different stores to get the foods that I eat. I don’t eat pork I don’t eat beef. They have a very limited selection for turkey products. They never have the turkey tenderloin cutlets. I have to either go into Hilliard or Grove city or Galloway. This store needs to order in stock for everybody’s needs not just low income poor people that shop for sugary trash items.

This Kroger store falls short of expectations. The employees, particularly the front-end supervisor, exhibit rude behavior. A security guard provided incorrect information to a customer regarding the location and accessibility of the restrooms. The customer reported the incident to the manager, who was informed of the customer's cancer diagnosis and related urinary incontinence issues. Following the customer's departure, the employees laughed about the situation.

I shop here almost daily. It's a good Kroger to shop at. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pharmacists however need some lessons in empathy. Other than that, I really don't have a complaint otherwise!

I was in the store today ...I seen a bed bug crawling on the security guard ...he definitely looks like he needs a shower ....
