Kroger Deli

I encountered a very disrespectful employee at Kroger’s Deli Department on 11/12/22. I placed an order the night before I needed it and was told it most likely won’t get made because of the short notice but they will give it to the morning crew anyway. That was fine, however, I ended up needing to cancel the order the next morning because of a mixup with the organization I ordered it for. As I attempted to explain this to the employee via phone, I was met with anger and she decided to cut me off mid-sentence and hang up on me. I never received a call regarding whether or not the order would be made (I left my number specifically for this, which was discussed with the employee who took my order the night before), so even though I already assumed they did not make it, I called anyway. Unless you get the older sour and rude black lady who goes out of her way to be ugly you'll be happy.
