OMG, John in the deli made sure my chicken was cooked, hot & ready. He didn't realize I wanted half grilled and half fried; however he didn't get mad.... He simply resolved the issue and all the chicken tasted delicious. I'm partial to the fried but it's both good
I stood at deli counter on sat afternoon while 2 men completely ignored me and were watching some people they apparently knew were shopping , No one else was at counter, I finally had to speak up and ask one of them if they would help me! Poor customer service. One of their names might have been Michael- but not sure
