Kroger Deli

Not crazy about implementation of scan your own setup. Better service needs to be added so you don’t have 60 year old ladies trying to scan 14# of dog food upon checkout. It is bad enough she has to tote out the 14# of dog food into the trunk. You get my point of this example. How about scanning 5 six pack of diet coke for $10? How about that for the new do it yourself push? Starting the customer no service culture. Why even go to the store? This is why Walmart and Amazon are gaining traction with mainstream or traditional brick and mortar customers .

The staff is friendly enough but the selection at this Kroger is poor compared to Kroger’s that are nearby. When I want selection I have to go to the Tom Thumb several miles away. I wish Kroger would remodel this store and add extra options to their deli. I would love to see an olive bar.
