Kroger Deli

Kroger requires me to create an account and share my information when I want to report an employee online, so here I am. 04/18/2024, two college age white guys working at the counter extremely rude and seem to not care if they are there or not. After waiting in line for the deli, one of them skipped me and went to a college girl down the counter that just got there. I respectively said I was next, and he ignored me. The second one walks to me as he was ready and turns, smiling, and begins talking his coworker and intentionally ignores me at that point. They made a point they don’t care by leaving me there without able to order. The kids working Click List already make the shopping experience miserable, now the deli is ran by bad customer service. Just sad to see no accountability here.

Excellent customer service. They do very good at keeping their shelves stocked. Always friendly and helpful.

great staff. limited healthy choice other than salad bar and veggie rolls (i am a vegan)
