Kroger Deli

This review is specifically for the deli counter. The customer service is lacking. They shut down early without any notification which is incredibly frustrating when their hours of actual operation do not match the hours of operation on their website. The food i is subpar. I’ve ordered from multiple Kroger delis over the years for work and this location is consistently my most negative experience.

The only reason my boyfriend an I go to this kroger deli is because of TOM!! He goes above an beyond!! His sandwich making skills are crazy perfect!! Also he has an amazing personality that makes you want to come back! He takes the time to take your order an make wonderful suggestions!! He needs a promotion!!

I only give it 4 stars because it was great today but not the last 3 times I went. I only get to this deluxe every few months. Today was fast friendly cheery service and the other times the people in the deli acted like they hated their jobs and did not want to be there. And they were slow in service. Today was not the case. Different people, different attitudes and different service. Awesome! However, the deli foods are always great and taste wonderful!

If you need to order from the deli, bring a book! I have never waited less than 15 minutes even with only one person in front of me. The people who work the deli are extremely nice but they take their sweet time.

Deli was slow. But front edges on meat shelves in meats dept. have dried brown stuff, blood, and dried blood that front pkgs. touch. Its scuzzy.
