I went to drive through and ordered 4 cheese krystals with no pickles and a fry. I asked for ketchup and the employee said they dont have ketchup so I asked could I get a dipping sauce she stated they had to charge me, she could only give me mayo or mustard. I declined and left. I went to eat my krystals and they luke warm. Open the sandwich and the pickle imprint was on the cheese, so they took the pickles off. They dont even care if i have an allergy or not. Please prepare food fresh as though you would like it yourself. I spent my money on food I couldnt even eat. Yall need to do better.

Love the food here but the wait times late night have GOT TO GET FIXED. 20+ minutes per car in the drive thru? Please 😭🙏

I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. After ordering, I was informed that the item I wanted was out of stock until February 23. To make matters worse, I was told that I needed to process a refund through the app, which I knew wasn't possible. This whole ordeal took place between 8:10 and 9:14, during which I had to visit the window multiple times only to be turned away. It wasn't until I expressed my frustration that they offered to replace the item, which could have been done from the start. Not only that, my order was supposed to be no cheese and the entire order had cheese. I feel disrespected and won't be returning to this location. As a manager, I know that our staff would never treat customers this way, and I think corporate needs to step in and retrain the staf

Went to order a sack full of krystals for my kids, and I entered the dining area,it was filthy, sanitation bags on the table, large globs of lard sitting unattended, kitchen area was disgusting. If I have to feed my family from an establishment that looks in this manner, they will never worry about my service again. I was also looking for a score card that I couldn't locate.

I made an online order through the Krystal App for the second time for drive through pick up at the Buena Vista Rd, location at 9:27p and for the 2nd time my experience was less than stellar. Both times, I ordered Chili Cheese Krystals and received regular cheese Krystals. Also, for the second time, they did not have any sweet tea, so I opted for the current promo drink of Strawberry Lemonade, and they didn't have that either. Then I waited in the drive-through for 18 minutes to be told my order wasn't on the screen, and I had to show them my phone to prove I made/paid for an order. Same exact experience on my previous visit. The fries were clearly not fresh. Needless to say, I didn't at all enjoy my dinner.
