Okay, we got breakfast here at 7am. Granny was taking our order. Sheesh. The only person working there. Order was kind of big, so she told us to pull over and we waited about 15 minutes. The chicken biscuit was great, lots of butter. The sausage egg and cheese was good. The bacon egg and cheese was good. The tater tots were mid. Now bless her heart for making the food, but yo... It was just her. Thank you, granny. We did drive thru but the place looks like a dump. Hey, we drove from Maryland and I wanted Krystal.

Mostly order at drive-thru. But they are incredibly slow. I was thinking it was probably no fault of their own because people don't wanna work nowadays, but then I saw at least 4 people in there whe I pulled up to the windows and it seemed that only two were actually doing anything and the others just standing around. The person that brought the food out was very nice though.

Idk what to say they had the door locked for the dine in one the main side. Went to drive through side was told can only use drive through, we left this was at 430 pm today

Sooo....this wasn't a great experience. I'm from the land of White Castle, but was introduced to Krystal when I went to school in Nashville. Fast forward to my road trip when I was feeling nostalgic. I ordered a double Krystal with cheese. No pickle, no mustard, and a coke. When I get to the window she tells me she's poured a Dr. Pepper. Then she just stared at me so I said....I guess I'll take it. She then VERIFIED my order and I proceeded to wait for about 6 minutes. When she finally came back to the window I told her I would actually prefer the coke I ordered. She made me keep the lid and straw from her mistake lol. I finally get my food after close to 10 mins. It was a lukewarm(how?) Double Krystal with cheese...pickles.....and mustard 🙄😒

My family had a wonderful experience here at Krystals today. The food was hot and fresh! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was nice and tidy!
