It would've been one star but the restaurant is nice, clean and the employee was nice but the food was terrible! The Chilli cheese fries would've been good but there was so much Chilli, the burgers were goobed with onions those 2 things were all you could taste.

Used the app for the first time for ordering and pick up. Quick and ready when expected! Food was delicious! Its always good to home with a box full of Krystals!

We are so glad to know that there is a crystal in the try. Cities area, at least we know there's one in Johnson City. Tennessee, there used to be one in Elizabeth and Tennessee. Rot, next to pals, we really enjoy crystals. They were very accommodating and the food was excellent.

It would have been great if they had gave me the classic Krystal chicks that I had ordered. But they gave me 1 classic and 1 spicy. My stomach can't handle spicy so I ended up having to toss it in the trash.

If you have a hankering for something late, and I mean late at night might I suggest y'all pass this one up. If you're young and I mean young in age not young at heart, lol, Krystal's menu items can hit your gut pretty hard. This review is absolutely my opinion and I'm sure many folks love the food here. But if your stomach isn't young enough to handle, go home and have a grilled cheese.
