Ordered the bacon cheese krystals and I love these but this location I had to ask to have it remade, they were very soggy and I couldn't eat no wet bread. Even the remake was super soggy. I would have been satisfied with cold bread as long as it wasn't soggy my God

A Krystal is a Krystal, pretty much every where you go, but the service and respect shown at this location deserves recognition. It's nice to be treated with respect, even if it is just a fast food drive thru. Busy busyness busy, yet both gentlemen at the window still had time to be professional. Thanks

Always have had great service & hot food until tonight (8:45 pm). Waited 10 minutes at the window & then got cold food. Burgers appeared to be leftover & cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were terrible. Young girl at the window needs to be taught customer service from all other employees as they are all good & friendly.

The lady taking our order and our money was very thorough and careful that she got the order right. She was very nice. It's good to be served by people who care.

Fast friendly service and dishes up hot fresh Krystals sold by the sackfuls. Easy in and out at drive up window.
