The food is most of tome fresh but the pricing is thru the roof $16 for a combo meal the meat is so thin they are making money. Oh yeah if you look at your receipt that just added an additional service charge on top of the taxes better than white castle meat so thjn is has holes in it. Chilli cheese fries are 5 stars.

10 stars across the board for me. I eat here several times a week and Krystals in London is the best one I've ever been in. Its always super clean, ever the restrooms. The food gets made when you order it, so its always hot. Sliders are way better than the other place. Krystals doesn't tear my stomach up (iykyk).The managers and staff are lovely people, always nice, and got smiles on. By the time you leave you feel like family, cause they treat you like you are.

Pretty decent burgers. Service was good, and the food came out quick. It's worth trying in our opinion. We got the 5 burger and chili fries combo. The prices are reasonable for what you get.

Just as it is with most Krystal and white castles, there's nothing really bad about this place. There's nothing that really stands out either. Decent food. Decent atmosphere. Decent service. Average. But, average isn't bad.

A friend , convinced me to go with her to this location . First time , ever having a Krystal burger . I was expecting it to taste just like , White Castle , but to my surprise , it was Better ! Kayla , our server was , absolutely wonderful ! She not only took her time , with me , answering all my questions , but was kind and professional ! The Krystal, burger was hot , the bun fresh , and the french fries were hot . Will definitely be back !
