Their food is great, but I experienced something terrible today. I have just been harassed by the lady who takes Dine-In orders in their S Cobb county branch in Atlanta. She yelled at me saying WE ALREADY KNOW YOUR ODER DRIVE THROUGH! And I haven't ordered yet! I know she said that because im a consistent customer and I usually order the same thing. But what if I want to order different thing this time? Despite telling her, she shouted over the speaker to a point it became harassment. I left without ordering and tried to call the number, but no one picked up. Tried to call their national customer support line, no one picked up. This happened on Oct 4 at around 2.20PM in they Krystal Smyrna branch. The worst place ever. They treat customers worse than any restaurant/chain I've been to. If t

I went to Krystal for lunch, it was a week ago this past weekend. They gave us cold food and when we asked to speak with a manager, they stated they were not in. They replaced the burgers with raw meat. We were so sick of this place, we decided at the time, we were to angry to speak with them. The service was terrible, every car in front of us was complaining about the cold food. The employees are lazy, take their time and are very rude when the food is not right. I demand the person in charge on that Saturday be fired! If we ate the burgers, we would have been sick! This is what your employees are doing. I am sure I am not the only one complaining about this location.

Went in this morning for breakfast and saw a guy coming from the trash area with dreads go into the building as we're turning thru to drive up to place our order. The sign says open. The store is fully lit as if it's operational. We sit to order setting no one else is here yet but us, so the service is going to be easy and fresh. No such thing happened. We pulled around because we clearly have been sitting here in drive thru for 10 minutes at this point, so let's ride around to see if he just don't hear us calling out to him. This joker comes out to see who's knocking on the window only to have a whole attitude and flush is off as if we know they're closed and he's closed. I Love me some KRYSTAL’s However this Location is by far the worst I’ve Experienced in the last 4years and counting because it’s not many Krystal’s anymore. I usually don’t Review but I’ve had enough. I Patronized this place 4/15/2025 (wed) I only encountered 4 employees. Two Staff was sitting in Parking lot. Then getting out of the car a Mother and Daughter duo who work there. The Cashier was nice. The cook/prep looked irritated to fix order. The Sign CLEARLY Stated pick5 for $5.55. They asked where did I see it ?? Ummm outside on Billboard. The two outside persons proceeded to challenge me went outside and insisted I was wrong. I politely told them my eyeballs work. Then as I questioned again they made up a story about Management however the mother of the duo workers stated she was a man

I ordered 2 Pick 5 meals and I only received 7 items ( I wish I was making that up) and my drink was one of the items they forgot 🙃. I waited close to 40 minutes for chili cheese pups with no chili, overcook sun dried hot dogs, the worst looking cheese crystals I've ever seen (with non-cooked cheese), none of the added ketchup I requested on the app was on my Krystal burgers, and a large soda SO FLAT that I couldn't tell if it was my large root beer or a large mister pib 😑 unbeknownst to me, my order also came with a side of attitude.. And I had to show my mobile order on my phone TWICE and they still messed up.. This is the nicest renovated crystals, I've ever been to, but it's also the worst Krystal, I've ever been too. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAIT TIMES, AND LAZY EXECUTED FOOD.
