The food could use a little bit of work, but you get a good portion of food for a decent price. I had ordered a king plate with steamed white rice, grilled chicken teriyaki some other red type of chicken. I can’t remember what it was called, but it ended up being the best protein on the entire plate. The coconut shrimp could use some work. I mean the way that it’s presented to you it just seems sketchy to eat, but it taste amazing. My grilled chicken teriyaki was halfway cold. Halfway warm. Some pieces were hot. Other pieces were extremely cold. I don’t know what happened there if I had to give this place a rating I would give it 5/10
This building has been many restaurants that did not last long. I think North Shore/the east side has a winner with Kung Fu Rice. Each time we’ve ordered, the food has been great! Today Jasmine helped me and she was extremely kind and courteous taking my order.
Every time I’ve ordered from here, the food has been freshly made and full of flavor. The customer service is always friendly, and the dishes taste amazing, honestly, it’s way better than Panda Express. They offer a much wider variety, perfect for feeding a large family, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
When you order on Uber Eats there’s supposed to be a deal where you get a free item. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered they always conveniently forget to add one of the free items. There’s even been times where they have “forgotten” paid items. The food is good enough, but leaving out items all the time is not a good look for this business. ETA: There was a hair in my food. 🤮 There was also a stray piece of shrimp in my dish that was supposed to be all chicken. While I didn’t necessarily mind, I’m quite sure that could have been dangerous for someone with a seafood allergy.
I'll tell you something about this place yesterday I went to buy a family combo the cost of this one was more than $40 dollars you choose between 3 sides and 3 main dishes I ordered 2 sides of rice, when I got home it was completely spoiled and emanated a terrible bad smell today we all woke up sick to the stomach! What a bad experience
