Kuppanna's Thiru Kuppusamy South Indian Restaurant

It was an amazing experience! We were able to enjoy the true taste of home. Fresh and taste was bang on. The people were super polite and friendly. The food came out hot and quickly. It was an overall great evening! Will come back again.

If you want authentic rightly flavored south Indian fare, please head to Kuppananas. The service was amazing and warm, Arun was splendid in explaining and he even suppllemented an extra piece of fish fry as there were two small pieces in the 5-piece fish fry plate. We ordered veg thali , fish fry, mutton nenju chops and a side order of biriyani ( my first having a tasting portion which worked awesome for us). Each of the items on the thali was flavorful, rhe fish perfectly filried, the porotta and mutton chops were amazing. To top it all the service at thia new location was so friendly. Surely highly recommend rhis place. Afyer the current visit updating the stars the service needa to drastically improve, the table was not cleaned and the tables not taken. Excellent Service. A+++ Food. Very authentic flavorful. Ghee Kara Dosa is very good so is Ghee Podi Dosa. Idlis are soft and properly fermented. Their chicken soup is also great.

Fantastic location, with large seating, beautiful views, and even outdoor seating if you desire. The service is great, with everyone being friendly and attentive. We usually go to the Irving Las Colinas location, and the first time at this one. Impressed and will come back.

I wouldn’t recommend this location for dining in. Other branches of this restaurant are much better. The menu here is quite limited compared to the others, and the service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were serving. For example, we were given a non-veg curry gravy with our Uttapam (as shown in the pictures). When we ordered kuska with mutton, the rice actually had chicken pieces in it, and the same dish was also served as Chicken Kongu Biryani. Honestly, I don’t see the difference between their kuska and chicken biryani here. I gave two stars only because the food tasted good, but overall, I’d still suggest visiting a different branch of this restaurant instead.
