Kurotaka Ramen

This tonkotsu ramen seriously hits the spot. The broth is super rich and creamy, with that deep pork bone flavor you want from a good tonkotsu—you can tell it took time and care to make. The noodles are just right and go perfectly with the broth. The service is great too. Everyone is friendly, nice, and makes you feel welcome without being over the top. Overall, amazing ramen and good vibes all around. Definitely a place I’d keep coming back to 🍜

This is the best location in fresno when it comes to Ramen. Broths are very flavorful and full bodied. Noodles have the perfect texture. Meats are tender. Strongly recommend the Kurotaka Spicy Ramen. It tastes like home and comfort in a bowl. Atmosphere is calm and perfect to unwind after a long day. Staff is nice and service is fast.

The soy sauce–based Kurotaka ramen is fantastic, especially with a bit of spice added. The broth is rich and savory with a deep soy sauce flavor, and the spice gives it a nice kick. Everything feels really well balanced and comforting. The service is good as well. The staff is nice and friendly, always willing to answer questions and help out, which makes the experience better. Great ramen, great service, and an easy place to recommend!

I love Kurotaka, you’re greeted with kind service, then given an amazing meal. Best ramen in town, the owner is great and created something beautiful for Fresno to experience. The ramen inspired me to be a better person. Everyone should try it! Kurotaka is the bomb!
