Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers Euless

Came in an hr before closing. Got a hot fudge Sunday. I asked if the brownie had nuts. Was told it did. Should have ask more specifically if they were inside. I personally prefer nuts inside. These were sprinkled on top. I also thought it was over priced for what I got. Tipped and with tax it was $9.12 or so for a small hot fudge brownie. Nothing else. May come back to try something else. But definitely aware of the prices.

First place is empty, i ordered butterscotch falooda, I had a simple request can you please add kulfi peaces to it and charge me what ever you want to for that extra kulfi peaces. They denied to add. I explained her it’s easy, if your putting 6 kulfi pices in 9.99 falooda just charge me 3.99 for kulfi stick and add just 3 pieces of kulfi, they denied it. I don’t understand people don’t want sell their stuff and people who don’t understand the business are the front faces of stores. Falooda is not that great, kwality Irving is the best and place is huge. Lots of pastry variety’s available too. I am going to that place from almost 3 years 0 complaints.

I visited your place with my family and ordered cake, shakes, and pani puri. The quality of everything was excellent, and I spent over $60 in total. However, when I asked for a few extra pani puri shells (the small round ones), the employee informed me that two would cost $1. I explained that a full bag of 100 pani puri shells usually costs only $3–$4, so I kindly asked if 2 or 3 could be given complimentary. Unfortunately, she declined. I then paid an additional $3 to receive six shells. I believe pricing for small add-ons like pani puri shells should be more reasonable, especially for customers who are already spending a good amount. A small complimentary gesture goes a long way in customer satisfaction. I would love to return in the future, but I hope the pricing—especially for pani pur
