Expensive. Like way over priced for what you get. They were kind enough to let us grab a sample of the variety of flavors. And the flavors are unique. Just not impressed enough by them to pay the price. Skip this dessert and eat more of your entree!

Their falooda has great taste. We were disappointed by the service specially when we were repeatedly pushed to order soon even when there were 30 minutes left for the store to close. Did not feel the person behind the counter bothered. Closing time was 10pm but we were told we need to order now as he needs to close the counter and billing. Not the kind of service to expect specially for a newly opened store.

I even pulled up their website to show her, and she just scrolled through it and said, “No, we put sugar in everything,” with no explanation and no effort to clarify the discrepancy. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer service. A Masterclass in Making Customers Leave* Just had the "pleasure" of visiting this gem of a restaurant. We ordered samosas, and I'm not kidding, it took them 1 whole hour to arrive. Not because they were complex, mind you, but because apparently, they just didn't care.
