We visited Kyma in Buckhead on Friday night and had such a wonderful experience! We had a 9:45 PM reservation and were about 15 minutes late — which was actually around their closing time — but they still graciously accommodated us. That instantly gave us a great first impression, especially since it was our first time there. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. He suggested some of the best dishes and even guided us on portion sizes so we could order the right quantity without overdoing it — really appreciated that! The food at Kyma Atlanta was genuinely very good, but the service completely ruined what should have been a great dinner. Our server was the main issue. Right from the start, she told us we could not order food in sections and that everything had to be ordered all at once, which was unnecessary and felt controlling rather than helpful but the table next to us had clearly ordered in sections. The most uncomfortable moment happened during dinner. My partner and I were sharing food, and while I was literally eating from her plate, the server came over and asked her if she needed a to-go box, right in front of me. From the delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, & attentive service my dining experience at Kyma was great. Finding restaurants who can accommodate vegans and meat eaters can be challenging. Kyma offers a separate vegan/vegetarian menu with plenty options. I enjoyed the trio dip platter for my appetizer. The split pea dip was my fave. For my entree I had the roasted eggplant with quinoa. It was good but the lemon flavor was overpowering. The brussel sprouts were cooked/seasoned perfectly. Can’t wait to try their other options next time.

Outstanding service and amazing tasting menu. Special occasion perfectly celebrated. Awesome cocktails, amazing food and top tier presentation and service. We selected the chef's tasting menu, with gracious accommodation to a shellfish allergy, felt as though nothing was missed thanks to the chef!

We had one of the best restaurant experiences at Kyma last night! 2/28/26 William was our server and handled our two birthdays, dietary restrictions, and 40 fafillion questions with the most amazing patience and charm. The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was GORGEOUS, and the pace of courses was luxurious and leisurely in the best way! It was a decadent evening and we all left feeling so spoiled!
