Kyoto Japanese Cuisine

IIt is a small location in strip plaza. It remind me of those small Korean restaurant in the Korean drama show. It felt really cozy and the waitresses are very nice. I came here by myself and at midnight. They still treated me warmly. I like the sushi, bento box, and salad. The shrimp tempura,spring roll, and tempura vegetables were crunchy. The hibachi chicken were very saucy and sweet. The Kani salad was pretty creamy with mayo. Overall, It tastes nice like home. I was looking for some good Japanese food as I just came to Ohio to visited. This hit all the point I was looking for. I will come back if I ever visited Ohio again!

Wow. This has been on my want to go list for awhile, it surpassed my expectations! The sushi was so flavorful and fresh. Everything from the sushi rice to the tempura to the raw fish rolls. We got all the classic rolls BUY ONE GET ONE. We got 7 rolls for $42.... One was a chef special roll 👏 everything was amazing, I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!!! (We went late on a Sunday night and NO ONE was there, this place is a hidden gem!!)

With tons to choose from, their sushi menu always impresses us. Each time we’ve been here we try something new, and it’s always tasty. They have delicious appetizers too, we recommend the gyoza obviously, but their tofu appetizers are delicious as well. My girlfriend really likes the steamed tofu, it comes with some special sauce that’s very tasty. The service is always quick, and the dining room has a nice atmosphere with relaxing music playing.

Kyoto is THE place to go when you crave sushi! Food is always fresh, service is fast, menu has lots of options, which are priced competitively. We both order takeout and come to dine in. They often surprise us with a “chef’s” special free roll when we place large orders.

1st time at this restaurant. Server: Hellen was kind and service excellent. Family ordered Tofu Fried Rice (& Chicken Fried Rice), Chicken Katsu, Gyoza (8 count), Veggie Sushi Rolls. All delicious! Tofu was large deep fried pieces that still had a good mouth feel (some places deep fried tofu seems fatty but NOT this one; it was good). Rice had corn, cabbage, mushrooms, onion, etc. Will definitely go back.
