Kösta Bowls – Carolina Forest

I had a really big order (over 30 items) that I “dropped” on Ryleigh at the Carolina Forest location. To complicate matters more, it was right when they opened their doors at 9 AM & I needed everything back by 10 am. Not only did she deliver on my order—— but she did with amazing customer service and a high level of composure. There was an update that we had to do to the order after I had already departed and she still went the extra mile to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!

1st time trying Acai Bowls and I'm a fan! I was skeptical because l don't like Bananas but the Owner explained how it was blended and to give it a try, glad I did and it was delicious!! You get a hearty acai bowl topped with healthy and nutritious fruits that makes an awesome meal replacement. I'll definitely be back for more!

I visited with my family we all thought our experience was top notch! The portion is really a meal replacement, with great flavor. Some places have acai or dragonfruit base that is a bit frozen, here it's very smooth and a bit softer. Everything was super fresh and made to order. The staff was great, and the food is delicious-- I definitely recommend trying it if you'd like something fresh.

I’ve been here a few times. The food is always excellent. Rainbow Bowl is the goat. However, the atmosphere is the opposite of electric and the tall stools are completely unnecessary. Every time I’ve gone there I try to have a nice conversation with whomever I bring with me, but I struggle because the TV mounted to the wall above the door is blasting a Disney animation on 70+ volume. Whoever employee that needs 24/7 stimuli who’s watching the TV on the job needs to turn that ts down. It is incredibly loud and disruptive. The interior isn’t the greatest to begin with, but when I can’t hear myself think, I don’t want to order there. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are very clean.

This was my first time here, and it did not disappoint. Everything is fresh and made to order. The service was nice, and my bowl was absolutely delicious. I'll be back for more!
