La Bistecca Italian Grille

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here tonight! Everything was amazing from the food to the service. You can tell the owner truly cares about his business and his customers. Our server Donna was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband had the Piedmontese steak and I had the seafood pasta. We had the calamari as an appetizer and crème brulee for dessert. Outstanding!! Even the bread, bean salad and the red pepper puree/oil for dipping was delicious. The bread was very fresh. Highly recommend!! Can’t believe we haven’t tried this place sooner.

La Bistecca in Plymouth is truly a gem. My wife and I have been coming here for years, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots for a great Italian dinner. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent, and the service always makes the experience even better. A big shoutout to Jerry Costanza, the owner, who is one of the kindest and most humble people you’ll meet. Food and service exceptional!!!! Our host Mr. Joe was amazing, he could tell the ingredients of all the mocktails making it easy to pick from. The seafood pasta was mind blowing, also the seabass entree - Spigola e Fungi. This place has become my favorite Italian food spot!!!!! 🫶

We went here for a date night and showed up a little early. The staff kindly offered us a spot at the bar while waiting for our table, but since there was a high table available in the bar area with live music, we decided to sit there — and we’re glad we did! The atmosphere was lovely and the music added a nice touch. We started with the Arancini alla Ermini and Lemon Gambas, both of which were absolutely delicious. For our main course, we shared the Vitello alla Marsala and a Parmesan Risotto. The veal was flavorful and well prepared, but the risotto was a bit of a letdown — it tasted very heavy on cream, more like mac and cheese than a traditional Italian risotto. We have been dining here for 20 years. Our family has had rehearsal dinners here in the past and we love the piano bar. In our opinion, it is the best restaurant in the area. The service is excellent and the food is even better. Jerry always makes us feel welcome. I would be shocked if someone ate here and didn't love it.
