La Cantina Food Truck

Hear me out, the place is beautiful, they have a lot of pretty things that reminds you of Venezuela. The empanadas were a little pricey but they are bigger than the average empanada so I would say is ok. The filling is plenty, the crust and the flavors were just right, if I could suggest anything to make it a 10/10 empanadas would be to improve the tartar sauce, it’s kinda lacking flavor a bit. Not trying to be rude here. Everything was really good overall and they even put a little Venezuelan flag on my to go boxes, that just killed me, I would come back here every single time and would recommend it to my friends too.

A true gem…and on the bike trail to boot. You won’t get your order in 2 minutes because the empanada dough being made and pressed per order. Super friendly service and most delicious empanadas ever (from a culinary school graduate). Both times ordered the empanadas- 1 cheese/1 shredded beef. I want to return to try everything on the menu. Outdoor seating- with shade, very clean. Great music playing. Produce market next store is definitely worth a visit.

Very disappointed. The tequeños were okay, but the empanada lacked flavor. The advertising is misleading—the picture implies a portion, but you only get one, and there's no description to clarify. I wanted to support a place representing my home country, but the value and honesty just aren't there.

The food here is so freaking good! It's a food truck but don't let that make you hesitate. It's very clean and the ladies who run it really could have their own restaurant. It's always busy because it's fabulous! Just picnic tables outside but we get it to go anyway. Best empanadas! Nom-nom!!! (And the free Venezuelan coffee shot was wonderful!)

Definitely the best Venezuelan food in the area and the service is super special! 100% recommended!
