Best place in town to get an acp and prices are the best . They don’t cheap out on the cheese too & it’s not runny it is so good . Chicken is also very tender and delicious… and it’s every time . Love stopping to get lunch here

Just outside the blue ridge mountain parkway. The restaurant looks good. The complementary tortilla chips and tortillas were a little greasy. The salsa was more like pasta tomato sauce, so not that great. The chicken fajita was good. The birria was good, but there was no consomé (stew) as indicated in the menu description. If you want a stew make sure to ask otherwise you would get tacos. We asked and got a small saucer.

Stopped in for lunch.....new to the area and looking for good mexican...ordered the alambre and was delicious.....food still steaming from kitchen.....beans and rice very good..... definitely will be coming back

Wow! That was one of the best if not the best Mexican meal I can recall! Everything home made. Their salsa was perfection. I encouraged to owner to bottle and sell it. Service was perfect. Going back with my wife when she returns. Try it, you'll like it!!

Updated review 11/4/25: OK, tried this place a second time when we came to town today. It's an OK place. It does have a full bar. The restrooms, which I did not use last time, have much to be desired. Many things wrong with the meal. Again, the chips and dip are very meh. Not a lot of spice and what appears to be old chips. We asked for un-sweet tea, but they had no zero calorie sweetener. I ordered the mojarra frita, it was very well fried. Highlight of the meal. But unfortunately, it took them a while to bring out my tortillas and first brought out corn when I asked for flour. By the time that I finally got my tortillas, the meal was cold. My wife got some shrimp in a verde sauce, but the sauce was very unusual, too spicy and too thin, like you just poured a thin sauce on it. Also, th
