La Casa De Mariscos

I was there right after work around 5 pm. I was the only one there until another guy came in while I ordered. The young lady seemed to be more than friends with the guy from her flirtatious manner. She made me wait while she helped him complete his order first, not professional! The fish tacos tasted ok but didn't have enough meat to order gain and the tortillas were hard to chew like if they were older. They used 2 tortillas per taco and to be able to eat the tacos, I had to remove one off each. I'll never order fish tacos or oder with her.

First time here since these new owners took over. It was always closed so naturally when i saw the open sign i darted in. Only now it's a Mexican seafood restaurant with the classic Mexican food plates like Carne Asada, Pollo and Carnitas, I had the carnitas plate and it was so tasty the beans the rice and the meat absolutely "no salt needed at all" I really enjoyed my lunch.

Only been there once, although I would like to go back and try something different from the menu. The service was ok, not bad, not great. The food server seemed more attentive to other tables , not so much ours. I have more than 10 years experience working in restaurants as a hostess, a food server , a bartender, and a bar manager. I know a few things about restaurant work. Price is about average. Food was good but missing that oomph factor. Atmosphere is good. Service was ok, could be more equally attentive, more personable. Would i go back? Yes, definitely , i would like to explore the menu .

Food was ok, service was bad. I accidently put in my pin when it was tip, honest mistake but when we caught it the waitress said there was nothing she could do, she text her manager who said they would reverse it in 2 days, that never happened. I had to call and talk to someone who said to bring my debit card in to put the money back but that she wouldn't be in till 7pm. I showed up and she wasn't there. I most definitely wouldn't leave a $60 tip on a $33 tab with the service we received. Food was not worth all this hassle.

First time eating here and I loved it!! The tostada de ceviche and Coctel de Camarones was delicious, the service was good and the place is really clean and welcoming, will definitely come back!!
