Excellent and friendly wait staff. The churrassco sandwich was mouthwatering and sooooo filling. It could easily feed two people because of how hearty it is. The beef is very juicy, lots of flavor, avocados are fresh. The green sauce is authentic and tasty. I got a beef empanada that was delish, olives and juicy beef - the outside was smooth perfect. Overall they pay attention to the details and it shows through the service and food. Would definitely return for the best sellers which are the pan con chicharron and the alitas acevichadas. They were also kind enough to let us try a sample of the chocoflan

I had the chance to visit La Criolla – Peruvian Sandwich & Rotisserie Chicken during a short weekend trip to Staten Island, and what a great find! My family and I (7 of us total) stopped by on Sunday before heading home, and as good Peruvians, we all went straight for the Pan con Chicharrón. Every single one of us ordered the same, with just a few extras on the table—yuca frita, sweet potato fries, and in my case, I also asked for a Butifarra. Everything was excellent—the place itself, the atmosphere, the service (our server was great, even though I didn’t catch her name), and of course, the sandwiches. When I tell you the amount of warmth I received and care with my order. The food was unbelievably delicious and the lucuma latte was superb. Peruvian coffee bean so good!!!! If you need a place to just get good food I deff recommend here!!!

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Nice space to eat inside for families. The food stands out and is good. Prices are a little high but understandable. This is not a fast food joint.
